I am looking for the programming guide for Panasonic telephone KX-T2373MXW
(my voice cannot be heard while receiving and making calls)

have you replace the spiral cord of the handset? if you do may the handset is defective, try replacing the handset, if you have extra unit try to borrow and connect it to your phone just to see if its good or not.
