after many successful uses of the 58 cartridge,when i replaced the 56 cartridge to resume normal printing, the printer will now only print grey and not real black, and i have problems printing the test sheet. i have removed the software, and reloaded it but the results are the same. canyou help?thank you.

Hi, you should check your printer settings, perhaps you still have it ready to print in grey scale only
