This drive will need repairs to get the data. There is some good information on youtube on how to do a data recovery yourself or have a tech savy friend do it for you.If you want a service to do it for you, there are plenty: Data Recovery NYC. Also there is good information on hdd repairs on hddguru.com.

I'm not expert but try freeze therapy. I did it in on mine and it did not work but I hear it does rarely. Basically all you do is wrap the harddrive in a plastic bag tightly to prevent any form of moister entering, leave it in for about two days and plug it back it. It's said that sometimes if the lense is shaken out of place the cold would make the metal go back to original placing. This means you plug the harddrive in while still frozen, just something try before throwing it away or replacing it.

My 500gb ext. seagates freeagent go is not detected in any pc, showing device driver software not fond, white light is blinking repeatedly...... please any solution

The drive is no longer recognized because the controller processor from the board inside it has failed. This is unfixable, the unit is dead. But you could salvage the actual hard disk inside it, it might still be operational and the data on it intact - just take it out and connect it directly inside a desktop.

It would be easier to tell you how if you let us know what operating system. Try this though. Right click My Computer, Choose Manage, Choose Disk Management, Right click on the Volume of the drive not working and choose change drive letter. Pick a higher letter like X.

is damaged my friend. Hard drives are very, very delicate pieces of equipment. The disk is paper thin and any sudden jarring, especially dropping it creates a warp in the drive. Unplug it to prevent further damage. Don't worry in many cases you can have the data retrieved from your hard drive by using this online company that I highly recommend:
