My Dryer is beeping and showing error code CF then it beeps again and shows 01 02 on the mins remaining. I tried to unplug the dryer from the socket but it still happens. Please help...I dont know the Error code CF means.
I am having same problem. After plugged back-in it will say CF 03.. then after a bit 01.. Sometimes 01 02 03. And sometimes when turn on it will start cycling through a bunch of #s on the display. I went through some of the repair sheet stored in the control panel area and did a few diagnostics tests. It looked like the "machine control electronics" so I ordered and replaced that. Didn't fix it. So, I did some more diagnostics and it looked like the thermistors so I replaced those. Didn't fix it. HELP!

The CF error is a communication failure between the main computer and the touch panel...you may have a bad or weak connection or a bad computer..I wold recommend that you contact your local Sears and ask them about recalls, and for service should this happen again.
Is it showing an error code or is there no display? One thing you can do is unplug the unit for one minute and then plug it back in this will reset it and if it is just a glitch it will be gone and things will be OK again. I hope this works for you if not write back with the error code if there is one showing on the display.

Remove the top console (plastic control panel) of the dryer ( 3 screws on the back, tip and slide forward). Inside the console or taped under it should be the tech sheet for the dryer (unless a previous service person did not put it back).
Read over the tech sheet. In there there will be a section on how to initiate the computer's diagnostic routine. This is typically activated by pressing and holding any button on the console (other than the stop button)for 2-5 seconds, seven times in a row. When activated all the LEDs (lights) on the console illuminate, and then the console displays the actual “F” error/failure codes. In many cases with these Oasis Dryers (model 110.67082600) and similar models the typical one which will be displayed will be F-02 code (even if you got CF 01, 02 and/or 03 before activating the diagnostic routine. F-02 indicates that a button (or possibly several) on the front (user interface) console is simply stuck. If this is the code you get, simply press each of the buttons on the main console and to find which button is indeed sticking (i.e. the one that doesn't work will be the culprit). Save the Stop button for last as that button exits the diagnostic mode, if it is not the one that is sticking. The tech sheet (which again shold have been right inside the console housing) explains step by step how to remove the console interface board from the console housing (3 screws and 3 plastic clips). Sometimes simply plaing with the button on the board will get it unstuck, but a simple spray with electronics contact cleaner (which can be purchased at any Radio Shack or other electronics parts store) into the base of the stuck switch on the board, and pressing it quickly a few times will usually do the trick.Once the button is unstuck, no more error code, and the dryer will work fine again. If you can't seem to get the button unstuck (or if it is really damaged), you can either replce the button switch yourself (if you have the electronics and soldering know-how), or buy a new console board from one of the many online parts houses for around $100.
Again you will need to locate the tech sheet inside the console housing or order one from Whirlpool or Sears for you model for under $10 if yours is missing. Some models vary in what each code means so you will need the tech sheet to be sure.
aye, see if you can enter the diagnosis mode. What we are looking for is the F-02 code. This will flash when there is a stuck button or user interface problem and only displayed in the test mode. With the unit plugged in and all indicator lights off, select any button except stop. Press for 3 seconds, release for 3 seconds, press for 3 seconds, release for 3 secnds and press for 3 seconds. If you did it right 88 should appear. Press the same button again and if there is a error, it should show up. If no error code shows, open the consol and check the p-5 connector. This will be the interface ribbon to the board. Reseat it and see if the problem stops. Catriver
