Hi i hav a prob with quantum webcam (by 3 users)

hi sir i hav bought a new quantum pc camera (mod: qhm 480 lm). i have instaled the s/w but when its connected , i can only see a dark/blank screen . please help me to resolve the problem

i got a quantum 480 k pc camera and after full installations the camera view is dark.

Yes My friend has Quantum HM480LM Pc Camera with blank screen problem, supplied CD doe not have driver ZS211.sys required for running this. I anmn looking for this driver.
