Hello sir;You talk about "nail" I believe we call paper separeter or finger, before you change,I like you go to clean out the finger, the surface contact with heat roller ,it very easy to build up toner over there and made little gap therefor when paper go through by, it stuck.

you can fill it by yourself.
1. buy good qulity magnatic toner powder.
2. basic for oppening 12a toner is 2 SIDE SMALL PIN, YOU CAN EITHER PUT THESE PINS INSIDE THE TONER WITH THE HELP OF HAMMER AND NAIL.OR OTHER TRICK IS TO FIRST OPEN THE GEAR SIDE TWO screw BY PHILIPS SCREW DRIVER and pick up drum then with the help of l type sharp longe nail try to pull pins from inside to out side this by process you see you get two part of toner cartridge one is wast chamber another is main chamber smaller one is wast cleane it .

open the both side of main chamber by unscrewing 4 screw ond pour the toner power powder in that main hopper and do all the steps in vice versa. your toner is filled TAKE A TEST PAGE.

Check to see if you have a bra underwire or nail stuck in the spin tub. Look around inside the tub looking for something stuck in one of the holes. Dont use the machine until you find the problem or you cut the tub in half with like a nail or screw and then the machine has to be rebuilt $$$$

You may have other problems, However start here. Let me know if you have other questions

Take a flashlight and look inside, see if you can find a screw or nail that may have gotten caught.

Gently pull whatever it is out.

Dont use the machine or you may damage it!
