Uniden BC60XLT Handheld Scanner

i programmed in frequencies from here and have not heard any police or fire or emergency calls AM I NOT USING THE RIGHT FREQUENCIES ???
I have the same problem.

You may have lost your antenna connection.. Is the connection point loose (rotates a little) if you remove the antenna?

If yes, they you need to open it up and repair the connection, and re-tighten the BNC connector..
