If this is a simple matter of just needing to drain the washer, you can use the shop vac method, by removing the drain hose from the standpipe at the wall and pulling a suction on the drain line. If you do not own a shop vac, lay down some old towels under the washer and slowly open the clean out trap on the drain pump. Please let me know if you require further assistance.
