Hi, I lost my handycam station for Sony Handycam DCR-SR32. I would like know if sony handycam station for DCR-SR42 is also avaible for DCR-SR32. It's possible to download videos on my hard disk without handycam station? Thanks Alessio

You need handycam station to download movie files from camcorder because there is no direct cable available to connect camcorder with PC. Same handycam station is used for both SR32 and SR42 models.
Handycam Station part number is as follows:
182094521 .... MULTIPLE CONNECTOR
and it is available in Sony Accessories Store (USA) for $70 and if you are located in any other country, please visit nearest Sony Store and ask for above mentioned handycam station.

You could bought separately the handycam station.
This kind handycam station if able to use by other hard disk Sony handycam such as SR-32, SR-62, SR-42 etc. The main purpose of handycam station is you can perform 'one touch burn' on your PC. You can download your videos or photos from your SR 42 to your PC through USB cable without Handycam station.
