I have already put my phone on ' Silent All ' but for some reason it keeps vibrating, I have also, went to the settings and changed it to ' Silent All ' but it still keeps vibrating and i need to turn it...

Possible there is software or a hardware issue on the phone. To start with remove off the battery and keep aside for about 30 minutes.Put back the battey and restore the phone to factory settings by using the restore key and the default code of your phone.
If the phone is now set to mute the ring and vibration and if this works we have achieved the goal.
But if the fault remains, it can be a fault of the vibrating motor shorting without a control
The last resort is to reinstall the software to clear any errors in the software.

Vibration wont work

All I did was wait for it to come back. I think it might have had something to do with the battery being low. However, that's never happened to me when the battery was low. When I plugged my charger in, I got a text message. I had the ring on high and vibrate. It vibrated for a second, then it just continued to ring. Once my phone was fully charged, the vibration came back. I think it was just a glitch in the phone. Razr's suck.

Stop the Vibrating

Sounds like the phone may have gotten wet. Check behind the battery for a white circle sticker, it will be red if the phone has gotten wet. Best of Luck.
