My lenovo realtek audio driver is not working properly he stops in the middle of the installation

According to you, an audio driver Realtek is already installed to your G450 laptop however still no sound is coming out of your computer. There are two possible reasons why you're still encountering this. Driver is not properly loaded or incorrect driver was installed. You may want to try the following steps I have below:

1. Go to this link where you can download and verify the correct audio driver for your Lenovo G450.

2. Once you get there look for Audio, then you'll see all the drivers available. Note: You will notice that there's no Realtek audio driver there. Everything is Conexant Audio Driver. There's a possibility that you have incompatible audio driver for your hardware. So, uninstall the current driver that you have and try downloading the Conexant audio driver. Make sure that you'll select the one which is for your specific Operating System and version.

3. Just click on the name of your selected audio driver.

4. You'll have the option to click on download.

5. After downloading it to your PC, install it.

6. Finally, after installation make sure to reboot your computer.

This should fix the problem that you have with the audio. Hope it helps.

Try to identify your audio hardware and go to their website to download compatible driver for your audio device. For example you have a Realtek Audio device, go to www.realtek.com/downloads and look for the drivers for your device.

Most computer companies uses Realtek Audio Device that's why I set it as an example.. husssh... Enjoy!

You need download the audio drivers for your computer you can download the drivers from http://www.cnet.com/1770-5_1-0.html?query=realtek+audio+drivers&tag=srch
choose your operating system from one of those options then download and install the dirvers

Audio driver for Windows Vista will work fine in Windows 7 too. You need to download Microsoft UAA high Definition Audio Bus Driver.

Install this, your driver will work fine.

That's it.

Check that you have downloaded the correct driver. Be sure to reboot after installing the driver. Also check if the sound is mute.

you can go to the website itself which is consumersupport.lenovo.com,type the serial no and you will see there the latest drivers for the audio

Let's start by removing all of the other audio drivers. After, reboot your laptop and install only the audio driver from the cd. After doing so, if the problem continues, then you may want to try repairing your windows system files - given that you have the installation cd that came with your laptop.
