SOURCE: Malfunctioning Pioneer XC-IS21t

I'm not sure what that could be but probably the amp. section. I have a xc-is21t, that came out in year 2000, I use it almost everyday, and it works excellent. Unfortunately a friend of mine has dropped the whole unit on the floor, and guess what it's still works perfectly, only problem the sliding door for the cd(but only the see thru plastic part) is broken and I'm not sure where can I find this part. I wrote a letter to Pioneer.com, so hopefully they can locate the part for me. The only problem with this model that it doesn't play mp3 but again this was only made in year 2000.

SOURCE: I own an Pioneer CD

On the first board (where the power enters) there is a tall 3 pronged switch, if you turn the board over and solder a piece of wire to the 2 outside prongs, you will find that the Amp works normally apart from that the display reads Cd closed when in Cd mode.

SOURCE: Pioneer SX-2300 powers up, but no sound.

Does the output relay click about 5 sec. after powering on? If it does check if the tape2/tape monitor is on. Check speakers and wiring. Try headphones.

There aren't any fuses for the output.

If no relay then it probably needs output transistors and a few resistors.

What cables to link up a Pioneer XC-L7 (DU-L7) CD Receiver to a Denon Amplifier and How?

The Pioneer is a very capable unit. You can connect audio components into it, but I don't see and Audio OUT connection. you don't want amplified signals going into an amplifier like the Denon. Your best idea to use the Monitor speakers is to use a speaker switching deck.

Hi, can anyone tell me where l can obtain the amplifier lead for my Pioneer CD player model number XC-IS21T. This is the lead that gives the system its sound.

Do you mean the System cable? https://www.manualslib.com/manual/712344/Pioneer-Xc-Is21md.html?page=6#manual

Unfortunately, Pioneer does not seem to have this cable available any more. http://parts.pioneerelectronics.com/model.asp?modelNum=XCIS21T . The only replacement part that I can find is a lens for the CD player.

I wish that I had better news for you. If you got the XC-IS21T used, check with the seller.

CDJ-800 Mk1 No sound output!!!

Not true! CD channels don't require a pre-amp and the cartridge for a turntable does. I suspect that when the power went off the mixer was still on, so that when power was restored it came back on. However this resulted in a surge inside the unit. Magnetic cartridge pre-amps are often very sensitive to this kind of thing and will sometimes fail, while everything else works fine. This would result in no sound from the record decks, but sound from CD players etc.

Prot. light at High vol. (forget Bass CD)

You may have the speakers wired for the wrong impedance.

How many ohms per voice coil?

How many voice coils per speaker?

If the speakers are DVC, are the coils of each speaker wired in series or parallel?

Are the speakers bridged on the amp or one per channel?
