Question about Hoover F5835900 Upright Steam Vacuum
With the tank off, check to see if the rod in the handle is hitting the reservior asm,(this what the tank sits on). If it is, then the reservior asm. could be bad. If it isn't, then there is a problem inside the handle. Also make sure the filter at the bottom, has a red frame is clean. There also if there is a foam filter on the inside of the recovery tank lid, make sure it has a 1/4 in or so gap from the top.
