Question about Dell Dimension E310 PC Desktop
To make sure that you have the correct driver go to support.dell.com,click drivers and downloads and enter your service tag, service tag is the 7 alpha numeric character found on the machine or you can press the f2 when you see the dell logo and find your service tag there, once you have entered your service tag the page will show you the actual drivers for that system.

Dimension E310 Desktop, copy and paste this link to a web browser and it will open the Open/Save prompt for the driver http://support.dell.com/support/topics/global.aspx/support/downloads/en/downloads_splash?c=us&l=en&s=gen&~mode=popup&file=136142
Or you can go back to the support page and look for the driver under the NETWORK menu (R) PRO/100 VE Network Connection
Let me know if it does the trick :)

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
