there is not enough info to answer this question. is it att/tmob? or is it verizon/sprint? are you in a low signal area? are other people with the same service missing service too? have you recently changed your network settings? if you can answer this for me i can almost certainly tell you whats wrong. select your profiles which is the little loudspeaker icon. scroll all the way to the bottom you should see advanced. select advanced, selcet your profile that is labeled as active. you will then be able to customize the entire profile.

Try this: turn off the phone & let it charge for 48hours, that will give it enough time for the electricity to dry out the internal circuitry in the phone and possibly fix your internal antennae problem...if that doesn't work then your phone's tea bath may have shorted the antennae.
