Hi diamonddan11

I have given you direct instructions as to where the fuse is on your original post. The fuse is located inside the unit on the same printed circuit board as the mains power socket, right beside the main power switch.

The problem is that it may not have 'just' been the fuse that blew. Sometimes, because components are delicate, the fuse blows shortly after the damage has already taken place. My concern is that the logic board has a component(s) fried as a result. The fuse blew only after the fact. Luckily, you did not suffer any damage to your CDJ 200s.

Unfortunately, the cost to fix this situation may be much more than the unit is worth. You're probably looking at having to get another unit to replace it.

CDJ 200 meant for US mains supply plugged directly into UK mains supply, now don't work. Replaced external fuse but still don't work..anything else i can try before i bin it?

Dont bin it!!!
If you are really lucky it may have just blown an internal fuse or if your not so lucky it may have killed the mains transformer which is still worth repairing.
If the transformer is faulty and was replaced with one sourced from Pioneer GB then no external 240V to 110V transformer would be needed - you would be able to plug it straight into a UK mains supply.

Cdj 200s bought from america not working. they have american plugs on at 120v. i have tried an america to uk travel plug and 240v to 120v stepdown transformer but this has not resolved issue....... would...

Yes, fuse may be blown, first check out the fuse of CDJ,
if it does not work. Install a physical 120v American transformer
also change the switch of 240v to 120v from back of CDJ

thx,

CDJ 200 without electricity fuse blow off?

no you cannot do that , the device works on 120v( 117v around me) , but it cannot be changed like that , you would need a trans former that breaks down the voltage to 120v
changing the fuse will not change the circuitry in the device

Blown fuse cdj200

It is hopefully just the fuse. To get at the fust you have to remove the casing (there are screws on the under side). Once removed you will find a little glass tube fuse located where the power comes into the unit. The fuse just pops out and you can get a replacement from any electronics shop.

Cdj 200 will not turn on

It actuall might be the fuse or there is a little short circut switch on one of the boards. That switch could have gotten moved.
