Switch off the printer.Please disconnect the printer from the computer.
Clean the printer inside with compressed air if you can otherwise open the printer cover and see there is no dirt/grit/paper stuck up.
Replace the cove and the reconnect to the computer and switch it on.

Put the colors out of the printer and do it on and off a few times and put the colors back in and a few times on and off again, that was working on my 6a80 problem.
