The UE error code (Unbalanced Error) displays when you wash items that cause the machine to shake badly during the spin cycle, if possible wash and drain the items only, then open the door and stack the items evenly on both sides of the drum in order to balance it, now select the spin cycle.
This is an imbalance error code. Too small of a load will cause this error code.
-Check and rebalance the load
-Make sure Washing Machine is level
-Redistribute the load evenly
Hi, UE error means unbalanced load, loosen the washing and try again, if the load is to heavy take out some of the washing and spin in 2 lighter loads.
Hi there hope this helps you .
UE
- Unbalance switch error
Unbalanced
load is sensed three times during a spin operation.
Open
lid. Rebalance laundry load and close lid. · Check wiring harness · Check unbalance switch · Check circuit board thank your for writing to fix ya. Best regards Rich
Hi, I have the same washing machine and it flashes UE on the error code during spin cycle when I have one thing in there, or if the clothes are uneven. I usually have to wait until the lock light goes out, re-arrange the clothes and continue spin cycle. If it is just one item in there, I usually have to manually wring it out as it will keep saying error if I keep trying to spin.
An UE Error Code is indicative of a "Unbalanced Error". This indicates that the drum is not spinning in a smooth rotation. It may be necessary to rearrange the load in the drum
If you tried out all things and it did not work, then I would say you have a bad motor. The motor has a tach in it that tells
the control board if the load is balanced. If the tach is bad in the
motor then it will always think the load is unbalanced.
this is what i just found on the internet... With any washing machine, it is vital to ensure that the load is evenly balanced when using a spin cycle. Redistribute washing by adding or removing items to ensure a more balanced load. ... If the door remains locked and the machine is displaying UE error, please run a drain program.5 Jul 2016
To get to the bearings you need to remove the rotor as you have done, remove the front, you need to push a card under the lip of the top at the front to open the top to get out the front. Then then you need to undo all the bolts in the middle of the tub, then take out the inner drum and then you can hit the bearings out with a drift, Don't just replace the bearings, you also need to replace the seal and spider which is the 3 legged part with the main shaft on it, otherwise if you don't replace all the parts listed it will not last long before the same happens again. The problem is caused by the seal letting watter into the bearings, the new seals are mdified to help stop this happening.
Laundry load is
unbalanced, manually loosen any tangled laundry. If only one item of
clothing needs washing, such as a bathrobe or jeans, the final spin
result might be unsatisfactory and an UE error message will be shown
in the display. Unbalance error is cleared by POWER switch OFF and
back ON.
