Question about Dell Optiplex X150 Chassis USB/Audio Board Sound Card
You will need to go into system maintenance/loacte sound and insure that the motherboard has sent the request to reflect your sound card is there. if no sound card is listed you will need to do a add/remove hardware search. see computer/right click on properties and then device manager, then go to sound and see if all device drivers are there.
