Question about Apple iPod nano 3rd Generation
I turned my ipod onto nike +ipod to see what it was
then it just froze when I pressed regular.
Now its frozen on the main screen and won't shut off or respond to anything I press.
Because of this it also will not charge or show up on my itunes when I plug it in.
Help! I plugged my Ipod nano 8GB 3rd generation into a car jack, and when i was finished with it, i pulled it out, ever since then it doesnt work! I've tried everything, I even sent it back, and they said there was water damage, which is clearly not true. My computer doesn't recognize it, and it will not turn on.
All I did was plug my ipod into my computer and my screen froze. The light is still on, I've tryed restoring it but it told me my ipod was corrupted and could not be restored.
Nothing works on it, now my computer doesnt even take it.
What do I do?

Don't respond to them. It isn't legitimate. There selling something and I wish they would cancel his account.
It could be the battery. Do you have an Apple store nearby. You might want to have him look at it. They will do that for no charge.
Best Buy can look at them as well if you don't want to go back to Apple.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
