I'd imagine there's a simple fix to this, but I can't find it anywhere. Every time I put my Zune in my pocket, the simplest pressure on any button turns it on. Not good for battery life. Can I set it to only turn on with one button in particular?

I have the same problem.

Well if you set the lock slider on the top of the player to lock this will disable the player from turning on in your pocket.
