You stated previous crash-so if they reformated you will have only that functional part of the hard drive restored, depends on hat caused the failure-software or electrical issue. in any case, do a DEFRAG and see where the red/green/blue lines are. ALSO, see if the hard drive was formatted to a FAT or NTFS format. If the store did a FAT you loose a heap of hardrive space.....

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

The drive may be filled with useless internet files. Down load a program called CC cleaner. It has a paid and a free version. It will clean out any unnecessary files to get back wasted hard drive space. It will not harm your computer.

Remove the microSD card, then connect the Sansa to your computer. Delete one or more files (music, photos, videos) until you free up the required amount of memory.

Do you know about computer GB free disk space

Yes. you have 221 gb available disk storage left. 5 gb will hardly make a dent in that.

You can right click on the computer icon and then select properties to view a pie chart representation of available space if that makes it easier for you.

1 GB ILO MP3 Player storage issue

OK what that means is that although the Max is 1GB, after FORMATTING & Directory Structure, IE: The "Roadmap" for the disk so the PC etc know how to "Use" it well that "Takes Up" the difference in Bytes. Perhaps there are some programs on it? All Memory like that has this occur. It does seem to me to be a bit "High" but it may indeed be correct.. 1GB = 1024 x 1024
