Yellow cartridge on printer will not stay lit on my IP4500

I have the same problem.

Yellow ink light flashes - the PGBK and Cyan cartridge lights are out. I changed out the cartridges, and cleaned the contacts - no luck, still flashes. I reinstalled the driver. I've owned this printer for only a few months, so it shouldn't be broken already.

not inserted properly or out of ink, possible wrong connector facing.
