Bugcode/bluescreen problem

5 times a day my acer extensa 5620 shuts down unexpectedly and shows either a bluescreen or bugcode problem, whatever the heck they are but then i have to restart the whole thing and that takes forever afterwards, what can i do to permanently fix this problem............

Restart ur machine and goto bios and save load default after that press
F9 >YES>F10 >YES and exit and
check it
if its not solve then goto in safemode and check it
if problem is persist then your ram is faulty .
