Shredder only runs in reverse
Any wierd noise when it goes in reverese?
is forward dead or intermittant?
most likely if reverse is perfect but forward is dead,, your control board has blown mosfets , power drivers for forward operation
Heres a few sites that have gears n boards another that has manuals you may have to call or email as not all parts are listed on website

Check for stuck paper and remove if any. Then check if motor is ok with a multimeter and also main switch.

I called them and they were no help at all. They said, in short, "We don't have parts, we can't help you, buy a new Shredder! There warranty is 30 days with receipt.
I would buy yours for parts but it wouldn't be worth the shipping charges!
If you wanted to remove the micro switch and would send to me I'd be interested in purchasing it. My machine isn't that old, so I really don't want to purchase a new shredder. I got it from CostCo last year.

I personally work with Fellowes brand shredders, but it sounds like you have a paper feed sensor issue. This may be a mechanical or electronic sensor located in the center of the paper feed slot. If it is electronic it may just need cleaning(qtip dipped in rubbing alchohol. If it is a mechanical sensor check to make sure it has not been broken or it may be stuck because of paper that has become wedged behind it(you may need to jiggle the switch a few times to free it). If none of this works you may have a burned out switch or a bad pc board, contact manufacturer for more info.

Though I only work with Fellowes shredders this sounds like a paper feed sensor issue. If your unit has a mechanical paper feed sensor you can try to jiggle it in and out to see if any paper may have become jammed behind switch. If the unit has an electronic sensor it may simply need to be cleaned with a Qtip dipped in rubbing alchohol. Sensor is usually located in the center of the paper feed opening.
If neither of these help your paper feed sensor or your pc board has gone bad and you will have to contact your manufacturer for further parts availability.

For me, the problem was the sensor connections. I took the unit apart (7 phillips screws, I'm not sure why I didn't have to remove the 8th.) Then I took the paper sensor unit off (2 more phillips screws.) Then I removed the little black box that both sensor wires are connected to (1 more phillips screw.) Then I pried that box open with a flat head screwdrive. Some parts fell out. I put it all back together and it worked.
If you don't want to mess with it, just remove the two wires and tie them together. The unit will always be on when turned on to Auto, but that's better than not working.
I was having the same problem with my shredder. I called
customer service; I was informed it was the gears on the inside of my shredder.
My shredder is no longer under warranty. However, she is mailing me out the
part I need for a small fee. Their customer service number is 1-800-327-8508 in
the USA and international only 1-310-793-5650. I do hope this help you!

Paper jamed. Will run in reverse but paper is not exiting. Will not go in the forward position.
