Do you mean the Viewsonic remote control RC00136P? If so, you will find the directions to use the remote in the manual for one of the Viewsonic TVs that came with that remote. I can't find a Viewsonic N3235W3M. However the N3235W and the N3235W-M use the RC00136P remote. Check the contacts inside the batteries compartment (maybe they are not perfectly clean). Also, check the polarity.

The only viewsonic codes I know are 0805 , and 1783, if these dont work try the internet for sky codes. be aware you may have to wait and try again for codes to catch up.

Okay here's the fix.
Remove batteries. Re-install them wrong side in! Don't panic.
Reverse the direction of both the battery cells and install. Press "Power" button a couple of times and a few other buttons a few times. Then remove batteries and re-install the right side in.
Voila.

Take ur extended warrenty get a new remote.The CPU in the remote is dead.

I had the same problem with a Viewsonic N3735W LCD TV and Comcast Customer DVR 3 Device remote. I contacted Viewsonic and they gave me 11454 which works.

You will have to call viewsonic support for this.
