- I had the same problem with a BenQ Q7T3 , picture only for half a second only when first turned on. One month before warranty expired called BenQ who issued RMA, returned it and repaired ( back light ? was gone). Now 5 months later same thing. Just called today and said could fix but may cost more than new , Good luck!- HopeIhelp
