Brewed a coffee on my Solis Palazzo. only Water got dispensed, no coffee. The brew group is out of the normal position (front indicator) and I can not remove the brew group. Any suggestions? Thanks

Make sure the steam knob is closed, if it is open, when the machine gets at brewing temperature, only hot water will be dispensed out of the steam wand. If steam knob is closed:

• unplug unit's power cord form wall outlet,
• open the service door and remove the drip tray and grounds container.
• Use the brew group key that came with the unit to loosen the brew unit, then,
• remove it and clean under warm running water.
• Let it dry completely before returning it to the machine.
• Place brew group on the proper position and use the key to tighten it in place,
• replace grounds container and drip tray,
• close service door and plug power cord back on.
