Soltion is to download the software for Micro USB from M-Audio website and connect the USB of the Micro USB to your computer with headphones and mic connected to it and connect the USB cable from the M-Audio KeyStudio keyboard to the computer and the Pro Tools M-Powered Essential software will work.

Hello my friend regarding on your problem, not all hardware device supports VISTA cause as we know VISTA OS is not as XP's hardware supported. I mean their are some hardware device that VISTA could not support especially if that hardware is not latest. Try to used another newer hardware that is supported by VISTA. The reason why your keyboard doesn't work cause maybe their something to do with your device driver particularly if you installed it in VISTA or any other OS.

Aopen 0-35G Optical 5 button Mouse

I just started using this old mouse that I had & I have Vista 32bit. By default only the 2 buttons would work but I did install the R3.32 drivers and now everything is working including both scrolls. Worked even though they are XP drivers. Hopfully they will work with your Vista version. Reboot required.

Audio drivers

This may be too late, but,

I was successful installing a Casio Privia PX-575R USB midi keyboard to Windows 72_bing.gif Ultimate x64!!!
I tried to use Yamaha, Korg, M-Audio, and some other drivers I don't remember and
they did not work.

I then downloaded the win 7 x64 driver for PC-50 from
http://www.roland.com/products/en/_support/dld.cfm?PRODUCT=PC-50&iRcId=16224976&dsp=1
(but I bet any of them would work) from Roland. All I did was change the hardware ID
in the INF file under

[Roland.NTamd64.6.1]
;; Windows7
%RDID0053DeviceDesc%=RDID0053Install, USB\VID_07CF&PID_6802

The ID is after the comma and the one you see above is from the Casio keyboard i have. The
hardware ID for your keyboard can be found in "device manager". Just choose your
hardware/keyboard and go to "details" and choose "hardware id" from the drop down
menu and put that after the comma. It will start with "USB" since it is a usb
devise. There may be more than one ID but the first one works for me. Then just do
a manual install by right clicking "computer" or "my computer" and click "device
manager" tab. Then find your keyboard (probably a yellow exclamation mark next to
it) and double click it. Then go to the "driver" tab and click "update driver2_bing.gif".
Then choose "Browse my Computer for driver software", then "Let me pick from a list
of device drivers2_bing.gif on my computer", then "Have Disk..." and browse for the INF file
you just put the hardware ID in and click "open".

You now have a working Casio keyboard for a 64 bit or x64 windows 7 operating system.
You can do the same with Vista x64 or XP x642_bing.gif, just download those drivers and edit the hardware ID the same way.

Thanks

Everything sounds chopped and screwed

I had the same problem when I first got the program. I found that the program makes you use the provided USB adapter for both recording and playback.  Now, in order to let the program know that it is plugged in for playback(in your case,)  when the program starts, select the option for ASIO and select the one with the USB in the drop  down menu.  If the program starts without it, then go to options, audio hardware, and then this will pop up following one of the selections.  Now, mess around with some of the options in the ASIO settings(like I did) and eventually the lag will not be so bad, if that is your problem, I'm not next to you, so I can't help that much, but I hoped I helped a little.

My cordless mouse doesn't work now that I installed Vista program

Try disconnecting the mouse ,turn off the computer ,then turn plug back in the mouse and let Vista find it. If that doesn't work go to the control panel and use install new hardware.

Keyboard problems.

1. Restart the PC. 2. Hit F12 key repeatedly as soon as the PC turns ON. This will bring up the Boot Menu. 3. Select DELL Diagnostics. 4. Select the Complete / Full from the list of options. 5. Let the tests run which may take about an hour. Make sure you are there in front of the PC for the first 10-15 minutes, because it would need your inputs. 6. This will test the keyboard and USB ports too. 7. This will also verify for you whether the keyboard works when Windows hasn't started. 8. If all the tests pass and your keyboard is still working after sometime, you have issues with Windows: Start you computer in Safe Mode and check the USB drivers and the keyboard drivers. 9. Now, if you continue having issues even when you are running the diagnostics, you need to check your hardware viz. keyboard (try installing another keyboard if you have one) and the USB port. PLEASE REVERT BACK WITH THE RESULTS. I WOULD LOVE TO HELP YOU FURTHER ON THIS, IF THE ISSUE CONTINUES.
