Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I want to download firmware to my GE A1250

Unfortunatly these are shipped with the current firmware loaded, if you having issues with the camera please update me with the issues.

Updating firmware does not fix hardware issues "never does" , it fixes software issues.

If your having freezing, grainy photos or anything like that the camera would need to be repaired. Firmware will not fix this.

let me know

Reloading Firmware on Zen Sleek Photo

This is what I found. Windows Media Player 11 messes it up. All you have to do is uninstall anything Windows Media Player 11 and then run the firmware upgrader. It's some sort of but. You can reinstall WMP when your done installing the firmware. I found it on the creative forum.
