How do you download from the 6324 series I tried doing it the way that was specified but got nowhere.

What type and size memory card are you using? The 6324 works with MMC and SD cards, 2GB or smaller. It will not work with higher-capacity SDHC cards.

it only means that the drivers you installed does not match. try to check for other drivers, better look for it thru the manufacturers website..

Consider NOT using the driver.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program.

This is the way you install the driver/software :

1. disconnect the printer from the computer
2. open the setup program for the printer and follow the instructions on the screen
3. when the setup asking to connect your printer in the usb drive then do it. Make sure your printer has power and is open
4. clik next when it has found your printer and follow the instructions on the screen.
5. when finished the setup, disconnect your printer and restart the computer and connect your printer again.
5. Now windows should read your printer and the drivers should bee installed.

For troubleshouting the usb port, try to use a different port and see if it read then.
