New to webcam is it suppose to keep recording the entire time if not how do i stop it

No its not depends what make you have have a look in the settings of your camara

My webcam won't let me take pictures on face book and it said to reset,what does that mean.

Unable to delete files from the recorder


Resetting the Recorder (CLEAR)
This function resets the current time and other settings to their initial
status. It is useful if you are having problems with the recorder, or if you
want to erase the entire memory of the recorder.
1 Hold the STOP button, and hold the ERASE button for 3
seconds or longer.
2 Press the FF or REW button to select the “YES”.
3 Press the PLAY button.

You can set a time limit for video when you use the motion sensor. Or just find a button that says "stop recording".

TiVo stops recording


The problem is probably due to lack of available space on your Hard Drive.

Try deleting some programs you have saved as "Keep Until I Delete" and you should then be able to completely record the new programs.

Also, in case you didn't know, Tivo will NOT let you fill up the entire Hard Drive with programs you want to record, but rather, it keeps approx. 30 minutes of Hard Drive space for each tuner as a buffer so that in the case of a show you are watching live, you can go back and replay part of a show you have just seen.
