the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I can not find my power cord for my m4002a mp3 player where can i get a replacement cord

To charge it from your computer?
Any usb cable that you can plug into your player should at least charge it

Take it to a computer/electronics shop and ask for a usb cable to fit it.
There are two types, charging and charging/data, with the data cable having all wires connected through so you can put music on your player from the computer.

I checked on eBay and put in "rca m4002 cable".
I found one for under $7 including postage, charging only.

How do I put cd music on to a mp3

Put the CD into your cd drive and plug the mp3 player into the computer via usb cord. Go to My Computer and find the cd drive (most likely E: or D:) and open it. Highlight all the songs or Ctrl Click the ones you want and right click COPY (or ctrl + c) then go back to My Computer, find your player (will show the name) and just place the songs in the Music folder like any other songs.

You should of got a cord with it that has a usb at one end and a headphone thing at the other end. Plug the head phone end into your mp3. Then the usb into your computer. Wait a couple hours and it shoud say 'battery full'

WWON'T POWER ON

For one, you don't need the CD to put music on the Opal. It's a plug and play device. Go to My Computer on your desktop and you will see under Audio Devices "OPAL". Click on that and you'll see a folder called "Media" and that's where you put your music.

For not turning on, click Pause/Play twice

For charging, You need to plug in the USB cord into the computer to charge it. Wait 3 hours. The Opal doesn't have a real long battery life, i'd say around 10-15 hours. So you'll be needing to charge it quite a bit.

My rca disk they gave me in the package says it wont download

No. Your RCA Opal is a plug and play device 1. Plug USB cord into Headphone Jack (you MUST use the USB that came with the RCA Opal) 2. Plug USB cord into computer 3. Wait... 4. In my computer, it'll say "usb device" or "drive f" or whatever 5. Open "media" folder on that drive 6. And put your Mp3s on there. if you can't do that, than you need to upgrade your computer. Not many MP3 players support ME.
