Blank screen (by 3 users)

sounds the same as what happened to mine, yet i cant find out how to fix it. i dont think anything happened to it other than i may have turned it on just as the alarm was about to turn the phone on.
i think it's in something like a crash mode or whatever, just like how a computer crashes or something. i could be wrong, however.

My son is having the same problem. He was talking on his phone and it went blank and stayed blank. He wanted to skip it across the lake like they did in the commercial when he bought it. He left it alone for a day or two and went back to it and the screen comes on for only fifteen seconds now. The screen on the front for the clock hasn't come on at all. Hopefully someone can help before he skips the phone along the water....he paid a lot of money for it at the time and loves his phone as much as he loves his girlfriend.
