Isn't there a way to fix the flash. The camera is very expensive! The flash shouldn't cost as much as a new camera. The camera is only 2 years old. Cameras should last longer than that!!

My flash broke

I don't think the flash is working inside the camera. But something is severe damaged. It could be the camera is leaking light to the sensor, but also inside circuits can be damaged. It would be to expansive to repair the camera, because the parts would be more expansive than the whole camera, let alone the fee you have to pay for the technician.

I always put the flash on Auto but every picture requiring the flash comes out overexposed, even though the flash is required for the shot. Any ideas?

yes ...change the environmental mode...and set it to normal..cause it may be on night vision or something like that ..or ..choose it by the need of the moment ..day light ...inside..outside..etc

Pictures are over exposed when outside

You may have the settings wrong. Check in the MENU to see if you have it set to "inside" pics rather than outside.
Also the ISO has a lot to do with the exposure. If the iso is set too low outside sunlight pics will be white or overexposed. Try setting ISO on wheel for various options select program mode button and MENU select ISO 120 or 250. These are are pretty general settings. the flash will only engage inside or outside if the light is low ( like evening) I suspect your ISO setting is at a setting that is incompatible with bright sunlight
t
Also select White Balance and move it to DAYLIGHT

take a few shots inside and out to see if there is an improvement.

I take photos with the color pix s210 outside with natural light and the photos come out good, but when I am inside using artificial light the photos come out fuzzy. Is there a setting I can use to correct...

in darker settings your chip will imitate a slower film speed.  The aperture will remain open longer (than it would in bright light) to allow enough light in to the light sensitive chip.  Small movements of your subjects would show as fuzziness.  If you change your setting to sports or action setting the speed will be faster and there will be no blurring.  Then you will have a light issue so use a flash.

When taking pictures inside my DX4530 camera cannot gather enough light so that I can see the pictures.

This is a characteristic of many of today's digital point and shoot cameras. The little flash only reaches out about 5 or so feet, and unless you can supply an external source of light this will continue. One cause is taking pictures with light in the background, always try to have existing light come from behind the camera, thus lighting the subject.

Crappy pictures

Describe wierd - this word means nothing. White flash images are over exposed- so reduce the ISO setting to a lowers number if the camera allows it. or Reduce power of the flash. The easiest way to do this is to put layers of tissue of the light reducing the intensity until you get it about right.
