Question about Uniden UDC5M Digital Camera

Downloading photos to computer

I've recently found my camera, managed some pics, but lost manual and can't figure out how to download pics. I am using the internal memory if that makes a difference.

Problem downloading photos

Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer.
The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo management program such as Picasa ( http://picasa.google.com )

I have just lost the photos from my new 8gb memord card using brand new powershotSX30IS.

You haven't given us much to work with. Unless you've deleted the pictures on purpose or formatted the card, your pics are still there. You could get a card reader and use it to download your pics to a computer. You could also take the card to a store like Walmart and use one of their picture kiosk machines to either print the pics or even make a cd copy of them. typrice_239.jpg

By mistake i pressed No images button and i have lost all my pics help me to recover this please

I have had success with this camera recovery software... Download the program

You have to use a card reader either on your computer or an external USB card reader. Put the card in the card reader, open the recovery program, then select the drive where files are deleted, then press "Start" and wait for it to do it's magic.

How can i recover my lost pic and video install in my SD card,I have my camera GE J1455 for 4 months now and i have no encountered any problem except this one,,when i used the camera all pics are there...

The card has corrupted. The pics are still there, you just can't see them. But you'll need to use recovery software to retrieve them. Take no more pics until you've recovered your photos, take the card out of the camera. This is to reduce the chance of you overwriting some of your "lost" photos. There are many good freeware photo recovery software options that may help you recover your photos. This article reviews and outlines several of the better ones:

I've downloaded my pics but the file became corrupt so I deleted it however my computer still thinks the pics are on the computer. I need to download the pics again but can't....help!!

The card needs to be formatted using the camera. But before doing so, read this article about recovering your photos. Pay particular attention to the corrupted card procedures. Good luck.

You don't need any special software.

While attempting to load pics directly from camera to computer pushed MTP option. Now cannot find pics anywhere

Take no more pics until you've recovered the photos, take the card out of the camera. Here's some freeware photo recovery software that should be what you're looking for:

You will need to use a flash card reader with this software. If you don't have one, please see the following blog article, as it describes the use of a card reader as a much easier, faster, and less error prone way to download your photos. In fact there are several important reasons discussed in the article for using a card reader vice downloading from the camera. USB Card readers are also very inexpensive these day, with cost virtually not an issue:

Lost software

I just bought one of these and discovered that someone had punched a hole through the software CD to hang the package on a peg! I found the driver and successfully loaded it from the following website.
