Xbox HD

First, you can't just format it right away, the drive is 'locked' when it comes out of the Xbox. There are a few ways to unlock it so you can use it your PC, but there are a couple things I would need to know first -

1. Do you still have the Xbox it came from?
2. Is the Xbox 'modded'?
If so, it's really a piece of cake....if not-
3. Do you have a backup of the eeprom.bin file from the Xbox?
This is crucial...otherwise you'll either have to buy or build a device to read the eeprom.bin file. (you need the eeprom to unlock the drive)
