Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How can i download contacts from pc to my iphone. the files stored in my pc hardisc

first you need to have itunes and microsoft outlook on your computer, next import your contacts into outlook, if importing is not supported , try to select all contacts and copy paste into outlook contacts.
next connect iphone to computer, when device is detected in itunes select info.
now select syncronization with outlook on the top colon and scroll downwards. again you will seed evice contacts box, select it also.
next select sync and tick merge info.
that is it.

Transfer contacts and calendar from Palm to iPhone and iCal

The best way is to transfer the Calendar and Contacts to Outlook. The iPhone can then be synced with Outlook.

Unfortunately, tasks and memos do not transfer. You will need to find other 3rd party apps that are supported on the iPhone and transfer your data to them.

Two examples are:

1. Evernote - This is good for memo. You can export your memos and then import them into Evernote. unfortunately, when I did this, it was a bit tricky. I even had to write a little PERL script to create the format that it wanted.

2. RemembertheMilk - this is a todo application

I am switching from a palm centro to a new Iphone 3g. They said I could transfer data thru itune application. HOW?

You'll need outlook or outlook express, but you can export your Palm phone data to your Outlook Contacts, and then, using iTunes, import your data from Outlook.

Im trying to transfer contacts from my motorolla Q to iphone3GS

The iPhone doesnt accept Object Push Profile, which is the Bluetooth profile that allows contacts to be transfered from one phone to another. You have a couple of options: 1) visit the store from which you got your iPhone or a core AT&T store; they will hopefully have the necessary equipment to move your contacts. 2) Import all of your contacts on your Motorola Q to Outlook or Outlook Express and then Export them from Outlook to the iPhone through iTunes.

How to transfer Contacts in iPhone to Outlook

Once your iPhone is connected to your PC and iTunes is loaded you can right click on your iPhone and select exactly what you want to have sync'd.
1. Under the Info tab you will find Contacts. 2. Tick the "Sync contacts with :" and select Outlook from the list. 3. Click "All contacts"
If you wish to put all of your iPhone created contacts into a different group in Outlook you can select the group there also and tick the relevant box.
iTunes always displays a warning about over writing data but that is not relevant to Contacts. Data is always merged.
I hope this solves your problem.

How to sync contacts from iphone to outlook 2003?

Hi,

When you connect your iPhone to the PC that you always sync with, Go to Info tab, Check the box Sync Contacts with: and select Outlook. Then make sure that you check the box Put new contacts created on this phone into the group: and select a subfolder in your main contacts folder.

This way, all the contacts from your iPhone will be saved into another folder in your main contacts folder of your Outlook PST.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks
Sandeep

Sync Outlook 2000

You can transfer your contact list, but not your calender. Here are the steps to take to successfully transfer your contact list from outlook 2000 to the iPhone:

1. In Outlook, export your contact list as a Comma Separated Values (Windows) file
2. In windows accessories, launch Address Book
3. Import into Windows Address Book the file you created in step one
4. Now back in iTunes, sync your iPhone contact list with Windows Address Book

You contacts should come over intact.

Sorry, but there is no solution that I know of to import Calendar events.
