On an earlier version of the BellSouth ( now AT&T ) CD ( version 7.0 ) is a copy of the Netopia driver that Bellsouth at that time supported ( and still supports ) and has always worked for me. The newer Bellsouth CDs do not have a driver for Netopia, I think this is because Bellsouth has changed the way they install their service on other's computers, now when you use a BellSouth CD to install the BellSouth service the task of installing any sort of Netopia driver is done online through bellsouth. I have noticed that much of the installation is now done online and the Bellsouth computer just transfers what is needed to your computer, to include and removable device drivers needed. Any way, here is the driver, exactly as it came from a BellSouth CD I still keep, I zipped it is all. After you download the zip file from http://advertise-advertise-advertise.50megs.com/downloads/Netopia.zip , unzip it to your desktop ( on the CD it was in a folder C:\\\Desktop\Setup\Drivers\Netopia where you then find versions of the driver for either the PC Card or the USB Card for Windows 2k, XP and Vista in folders ), find the driver folder to match your Windows version, open the folder, find the ...inf ( *.inf ) and right click on it, choose install from the menu. That should do the trick for you :)

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
