Att has no support for this item and fail to tell you this when you purchase it. I removed the software from my laptop but in my add and remove files it was still there so it has a link which leads you to motorla who owns the software and the product and will email you a link to down load software drivers.

On an earlier version of the BellSouth ( now AT&T ) CD ( version 7.0 ) is a copy of the Netopia driver that Bellsouth at that time supported ( and still supports ) and has always worked for me. The newer Bellsouth CDs do not have a driver for Netopia, I think this is because Bellsouth has changed the way they install their service on other's computers, now when you use a BellSouth CD to install the BellSouth service the task of installing any sort of Netopia driver is done online through bellsouth. I have noticed that much of the installation is now done online and the Bellsouth computer just transfers what is needed to your computer, to include and removable device drivers needed. Any way, here is the driver, exactly as it came from a BellSouth CD I still keep, I zipped it is all. After you download the zip file from http://advertise-advertise-advertise.50megs.com/downloads/Netopia.zip , unzip it to your desktop ( on the CD it was in a folder C:\\\Desktop\Setup\Drivers\Netopia where you then find versions of the driver for either the PC Card or the USB Card for Windows 2k, XP and Vista in folders ), find the driver folder to match your Windows version, open the folder, find the ...inf ( *.inf ) and right click on it, choose install from the menu. That should do the trick for you :)

If the USB comes with a installation CD so i guess the put the "DISK" means you need to open the files on the CD and click on the setup program to install the driver.

Can't get the dialogue box to stay onscreen

You upgraded your PC what OS is your new system? Win 7?. Most probably the software you downloaded for your USB or PCI wireless adapter is not compatible to new OS.

From the model you mention Netgear WG111 (USB)? Drivers are for XP. Maybe you can download a newer version that support your OS.

either download the computers network driver on another computer and put them on a disk or usb drive and copy them over or pop in a network card that you have the disk for and download the driver that way.

Hi- Ive got the belkin f5d 7000 and Ive lost my disc, I moved and got own Internet and have since got another PC. How do I go about getting other PC online? If I download from this puter, thats online,...

You can go to the below website and download the driver:

http://www.belkin.com/support/article/?lid=en&pid=F5D7000&aid=6001&scid=0

You can either burn the software driver to a cd, or copy it to a flash drive.

On the computer with the wireless card, you will want to install the driver and it should work properly
