Word 2010 has a zoom control in the lower right side of the screen. Sometimes you can press (and hold) control and pull your mouse wheel, or press control and press + and - to adjust.
Many people zoom their internet browser.

SOFTWARE MICROSOFT 2007 DOWNLOAD

MS Office 2007 is available here:
http://www.nextag.com/MS-office/shop-html?nxtg=3a570a1c0591-970B8697213DFCAC

Why not just get Office 2010? Office 2010 has the same great basic layout as 2007, just more features, and you can try it for free:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/try/

If you don't like the price of Office 2010, try Open Office: http://www.openoffice.org/
Open office will open and save documents as .doc (Microsoft documents) so they can be read by Microsoft Office products. Open Office really is a good product, and it is FREE.

Microsoft also has a free online Office (Skydrive):
http://explore.live.com/windows-live-skydrive

Sorry, but if you are looking for a free download of Microsoft Office 2007, we are not allowed to provide that info on this site because it is illegal.

Cannot open attachments from emails.

Hi There.
If you can not open attached documents it might be because programs are missing on your computer.
As an example:
for a file xxx.PDF you need a PDF reader installed eg. Adobe Reader.
Can be found here: http://www.adobe.com/downloads/
Download Adobe Reader and install it and you can read PDF files.
If the document is a Microsoft Office document you nee the whole Microsoft Office Package - but this package is not free - must by it.

As an alternative to the Microsoft program you can use Open Office.
Can be found here: www.openoffice.org
This program is compatible to Microsoft Office and it is free to use.

Other type of files need other programs etc.

Microsoft office 2007 doesn't down load updates and i tried to to lelete it to download it again but it wont delete

save all documents to an independent storage
go to the control panel , go to programs , find win office 2007 , highlight it and uninstall
when done go on line and down load win office 2010 it covers to 2013 up to after which you will have to buy win office every year as it is now called office 365 and costs around $ 88.00 a year for the registration ( microsoft worked out the selling the disc meant that they were updating for nothing so it makes more money to rent the program
I for one changed over to libra office which is a free office program, better than microsoft office , has everything microsoft office has plus is supported by technicians
the ONLY draw back is that when you save a document then want to attach that document to a computer that is running microsoft word, it doesn't transmit too well
the fix is that you save the document as a word doc and then there is no problem
what I am saying here is that if I make a document up and send it by e-mail as an attachment, you will not be able to open it --BUT if I change that document saving to word .doc , you will be able to read it
such a simple thing and fully explained by the technicians and saves $88.00 a year rip off
really worth having a look at

I have an expired trial version of office 2007, and i now use open office instead of word but when i save the files and email people cant read the new document

If you save the files in an Open Office format compatible with Office 2007, people with Office 2003 or older won't be able to read them. Save your documents in an Office 2003 format and they should be able to read them...unless they have Office 98, in which case they should get into the 21st century and update to 2003!
