Sounds like the typical Flyback and shorted horizontal output transistor. Problem is the transformer is NO Longer Available

SOURCE: Power button makes a click, click sound

The sound is coming from a failed flyback auto transformer. You will need to replace that.

SOURCE: I have a GE TV model: 27GT271 and no sound

Possible cause of the problrm is bad/poor solder on the grounds for the tuner circuit shield an the bottom (solder side) of the circuit board. Grounds need a wire jumper from point to point. This was a common problem for those sets and ocassionally it would take out the eeprom chip with it. (Various other problems were shrinking picture/fuzzy picture and intermitt. power)

I have a samsung HL72A650C1F DLP ,no sound beautiful picture

DLP systems (of all makes and models) have not proven very reliable and the repair and maintenance costs are high; but that is the price one must pay for such wonderful technology and picture quality. But, your picture is working good so that is positive. The loss of sound in most cases is in the settings. Suggest you go back and reset all the settings pertaining to sound or audio. Make sure SAP is off (if you have that setting) and the speaker setting is correct for your system (internal if you are using the speakers in the set, external if you are using external amp/speakers) and the cables are all in the right place, etc. If all checks out ok then chances are the problem is internal to the set. Could be the amplifier is defective, but when all channels are dead it is mostly a problem inside the power supply. Repair is needed in this case, sorry to say.

Mitsubishi ws-55511 Sound & Cable picture turns on and off

DO A HARD RESET: Unplug the power cord for 4 hours. This will discharge all the voltages on the internal eproms. When you power it back up the factory defaults will automatically replace the eprom data. This will correct any corrupted codes.

Of course, this may not be the problem, but could be. So this is a first line check.

WHACKING TEST: Many times these sort of mysterious conditions are a result of loose wiring or cold solder joints. About half of the strange complaints I get fall into this category. While the set is on and while you are trying to address the OSD, bang on the cabinet in several places with your hand or fist. This will jar the set hard enough to restore the faulty internal connection that may have been the culprit.

If nothing pops up by now, it is most likely the controller IC and/or screen graphics driver is defective and needs replaced. This is not related to the picture or video that comes from the program, they are really quite separate.

The cost of this repair could be quite high because it will require a tech to do some clever analysis in order to find out exactly which circuit is the offending one.

I don't think you will find this kind of problem written up in any of the manuals or service books. It is quite strange and really, if a tech is needed, well require one who is a cut above the ordnary one: Someone who really knows how to troubleshoot and analyse and think about what is going on inside. Most Mitsubishi techs are "phone jockeys" the merely call an 800 number and someone tells them which board to replace. They replace until the repair is made and they don't really know what is going on inside - but you get a bill for $400 or $500!

Sony BRAVIA KDL-40V2500 audio not working

I would Google the model number carefully for "problems" "no sound" and usually this set will display some kind of error code===it may even have a hard reset to try===service manuals are available on the net/web to allow you to see how the sound circuit is set up etc.

Hi there I just bought a Polaroid two instant print camera but the quality of pics is really poor very washed out and even a bit blurry do I need to set it up?

set your pixel ratio to the largest setting, this means less pictures per memory, but higher picture quality. Also if possible adjust your iso to the highest setting, as well as the shutter speed, having both of these settings set to the highest point will require more light for picture taking, however will result in the highest quality image.

Hi how r u.?my little problem is, that whenever i am recording in the house the picture is really dark, but when i am outside... the picture is beautiful. how can i adjust this so inside the house i can...

Change the ISO to perhaps 100 ( slower rating to absorb more light) read, and check in the menu for the setting for the type of lights fluro halogen etc you may have. Some cameras have INside and OUtside settings to select for what you require.
