You can try this go tot settings=system settings-restore default settings.
or try this: Disconnect the battery, reconnect and switch it on whilst holding down both top two corner clear buttons. It should restart in recovery mode. Toggle down and select RECOVERY folder, then select. If this folder is corrupted you will have to get a copy off of the internet and replace it using the usb connector.
