A number of networks still use a default pin on their SIM cards at the point of dispatch as a security precaution. If you lose or forget the PIN code it can be irritating.
Please note these PIN's will only work if you have NOT changed the default PIN. If you enter the PIN code incorrectly three times, a lock will be put onto the SIM card, and you need a PUK code to unlock it.
You can obtain your PUK by contacting your network service provider.
Try to dial any number, and it will tell you the phone is locked. Press "Unlock."
Once you press "Unlock," you will be prompted to enter the lock code or your PIN number. If your phone is locked and you never entered a lock code, the default lock codes are typically either the last four digits of your phone number or "0000."
Enter your code and press "OK." Your phone is now unlocked.
If this doesnt work, try maybe 1234... And if none of that works, your cell phone service provider will be able to change it for you, as long and you can prove your the phones owner......
try the default code like 0000 or 12345 . if this not work then you have to go to any phone repair shop they have a software installed on there pc they will connect your phone to pc and you will get the lock code
First you will have to find out the extension number that is giving you issues.
How to Change a Mailbox Password
1. To access the voice mail system press "Feature". 2. Press "983". 3. When you see "Log:" enter "120000" for 2 digit extension numbers, enter "1020000" for 3 digit extension numbers. 4. Press "OK". 5. Press "MBOX". 6. Press "CHNG". 7. Enter the mailbox number you wish to reset. 8. Press "Reset". 9. Press "Rls" to exit (orange button to the right of the number buttons).
What you have to do is take ur phone into your cell phone carrier. They can unlock the phone and reset the password to default then you can change it to what you want or leave it. Also have you tried 1234. That is another number often used for default codes.
The default lock code (security) is 0000. and default, PIN1 is 1111, and PIN2 is 2222 If you need further help let me know. If you get it wrong enough you will be asked to enter PUK code. Then you only need to call up your provider and they will assist you. Thanks, Lee
