take the memory card and sim off firstTry switching on the phone by using any other BL-5C battery If it works fine without the memory card then it's most likely a faulty or corrupted card.
You should try formatting it to see if that solves the problem, if not replace the card with a new one.
You can't "flash" that model yourself at home.
The only thing that you can do with it is to take it to a nokia care point for repair.

when the mobile is switched of press caller button(green) * button and 3 button at a time and switch on power button. do not leave till the three buttons till process is completed. (do not forgot to charge your battery before u do this, or connect to charger)
if the problem is not solved take it to any Nokia Mobile store to get repair
