Is your washer a front load? Does it have a small window where you read the stages or minutes left?
If so is there a code flashing in thet window?
Also what year is your model?
Push the HeatDry and High Temperature buttons at the same time Then: punch these buttons back and forth until lights light up (about 5 times) then: Hit cancel
push cancel or start resume the green clean light will blink after every wash cycle to tell you the dishes are clean on some you just open the door to clear it on some you push stop or cancel
I just read this for the same problem: push sanitize, then heat and dry, sanitize, heat and dry, sanitize, heat and dry, cancel, then open and close the door. It worked. The dishwasher is running correctly even as I type this.
Puppa, clear the fault by pressing the keys in this order: high temp scrb--air dry--high temp scrub--air dry. Or, depending on your model..Sani rinse--air dry--sani rinse--air dry. The dishwasher will enter the service mode. Let it do it's thing or advance it through it by pressing the start key. The fault came from the board not sensing a rise in the water temp. Make sure to run the hot water before starting the dishwasher. The heating element runs through the nuetral side of the door switch so make sure the d/w is level and the door switches are all making. The element itself could be at fault. Catriver...post back
close the door and to cancel that just press hi temp and hetaer dry again hi temp and heater dry and all the lights is gonna light up, it getting into test mode.
After that press cancel
Now get somebody to replace the thermistor of your machine
