9120Powerware batteries

I replaced all the batteries (20) and still get the battery disconnected reading.

Wizcheck the fuses inside the ups.
did the message come right after u instal de batteries or some time after?
if it came some time after the ups could have the charger damaged.
if gave the massage right after u could need to replace the fuse or u have a porwerboard problem
