this most likely happened from when you self cleaned the oven, the oven gets up to 1000 degrees and can damage the electronics on the oven.i will never use this feature for this reason,i use easy off,but the f2 e1 error says it's a bad key panel or the touch pad that you push to control the oven.do you see upper and lower off?if you want to cancel the upper oven you press upper off,you can try to unplug the oven for like 10 minutes and see if it resets it or kill the power, pull the oven out enough to remove the top panel, unplug the ribbon and plug it back in and see if it resets, that code means the board can't read the touch panel,if you press the upper off and it clears and then returns the touch pad is bad part WP8300440 go here go to control panel

It is quite possible the control electronics have failed. There are separate relays for the upper and lower ovens. Ours recently failed the upper oven with the same symptoms and it was the electronic control. The other part is the overheat thermal sensor for the oven may be out.
