My e200 freezes on the “Refreshing Database” screen
STEP 1 – Reset the device
- Press the Power button and hold it for approximately 10 seconds.
- Release the Power button once the device is powered down.
- Turn the device back on.
STEP 2 – Download and Install the
Sansa Firmware Updater
