try switching on the unit and holding down the delete button, This normall gets you into bios. When that opens arrow down until you get passwords , click enter and change the password setting to no enter then go to save settings.
In order to reset the password for the NComputing Administrative Console, you will need to re-install the software and reset the password through the installer. To do this, complete the following:
Launch your NComputing software installer:
The installer will request a password, type anything.
The installer will inform you that the password is wrong, select OK.
You will then be asked if you forgot your password, select Yes.
You will be prompted to restart your installer, select OK.
Your password is now reset; you may Cancel the installation and access your administrative console.

You can try what HelpfulGuy said. Also you should check to see if you have the SetPoint software installed that comes with the package that you bought the products in. If you do have the software installed then uninstall and download the newest version off the logitech website. When installed run through the process of setting up your keyboard and mouse. Now the software should run you through an encrytion service that stops outside sources capturing keystrokes. At about this point the keyboard should be working again(I think this is what was missing from previous installations with peoples keyboards quitting). Also if you are just having repeating keys then there is also a download you can get off the logitech website that can correct this. I think its call something towards the name of mini receiver.
If you have forgotten your BIOS or Hard Drive Password for this model, there is a master code that you can obtain from Dell Support. Simply call, Email, or use Online Chat from http://support.dell.com and give them your Service Tag, and they can help your out from there. If it is a Windows profile password you have forgotton, try accessing the Administrator account from Safe Mode, and remove the password for the user account locked out.
You must enable USB Keyboard in your BIOS.. and Turn OFF PS/2 detect if it has it. Have a look in the BIOS and see if there is any entries for USB etc...
What you need to do is, boot up & then install the correct "Drivers" for your Keyboard from the CD etc that came with ya KB, then reboot and after reboot insert ya keyboard.. if it asks for drivers point it to them, on CD etc. THEN after next and subsequent boots it should be OK.
I had a squiz on "Google' but didn't find any drivers? :(
