HI there make the external memory card of the phone as default storage place from the phone setting option. then try and let me know the result. Thanks.

Delete all file incoming msg, draft, or save msg, during Bluetooth image of file transferring. Phone memory full already, better save incoming msg or receive file through Bluetooth to your memory card, don't save on memory phone.

3rd... update ur cell's operating system by following instructions given there...
In this process ur phone memory is formatted.
Check to see if ur call log is full and if it is u need to delete the history to begin storing future calls again and this needs to be done regularly to prevent this happening again.

I had this same problem. I only got the phone yesterday from Orange. I phoned them and updates didn't work so they're sending me a new handset. They said that sometimes there are items missing from the menus. You should phone Orange, I've always found them to be extremely pleasant and helpful. In fact, I'd rate them for the top customer care I've ever known.
Deleting files from your memory card is not enough. Usually the files received threw bluetooth will stored to phone memory and then prompted to store somewhere else by the user. So delete/move unwanted files from phone memory to memory card. Delete all the messages stored in your SIM card too.
